This year the Transportation Research Board is making the 24th National Conference on Rural Public and Intercity Bus Transportation online from October 25 – 27. Registration is available online through the TRB Conference website, where the program for each of the possible conference routes can be found. Nebraska is proud to have the Nebraska Safety Center team presenting on the Bootcamp experience as part of the Train the Trainer sessions.



The conference is intended for all manner of transit employees: rural and human service transit providers, tribal transit managers, transit planners, state agency staff, intercity bus operators, transit consultants and researchers, and trainers. Topics at the conference include planning, design, and research; policy, funding, and finance; rural mobility; rural and tribal transportation; and mobility through technology.
